Danielle M. Williams, DVM, Diplomate, ACVECC, is a board-certified specialist in veterinary emergency and critical care at MedVet Dallas, where she has been part of the team since 2025.

Dr. Dani Williams earned her Bachelor of Science degree in zoology with a concentration in animal behavior and neuroscience from Michigan State University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, she completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at Animal Specialty Group and a small animal emergency and critical care residency at ACCESS.

Dr. Williams has authored and co-authored several publications in the field of veterinary emergency and critical care, including research on canine infectious respiratory disease and toxicosis. Her clinical interests include mechanical ventilation, mentoring, poly-trauma, and sepsis. She finds the most rewarding part of the veterinary profession to be helping critically ill patients recover and return home to their families.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Dani Williams enjoys family time, going to the gym, Starbucks, and swimming.
